How should you interpret your result?
The simulator compares your amount with the Viseeon price grid for a profile identical to yours. It is not a market average, because fees are free and no reliable public statistic records them.
A gap does not mean your accountant is too expensive. It may include:
- regular advisory meetings;
- payroll, if it is not entrusted to a social secretariat;
- follow-up of advance tax payments and of your director's remuneration;
- exceptional operations during the year.
Conversely, a low price can hide extras invoiced at year-end. The right reflex: reread your engagement letter and your latest fee invoices.
Thinking of switching? You can change accountant at any time, with a transition plan that protects your VAT and tax deadlines.
Where do the estimate amounts come from?
From the Viseeon price grid in force, excl. VAT, dated and published on our Fees page. We do not present these amounts as a market average.
Is my data saved if I do not submit the form?
No. The calculation runs in your browser. Your entries are sent only if you submit the form.
Why does the VAT regime matter?
A monthly filer submits twelve returns a year, a quarterly filer four, and an exempt business no periodic return. The accountant's workload varies accordingly.
I pay more than the estimate. Should I switch?
Not necessarily. First compare the services included. If the gap remains without justification, a conversation with a Viseeon accountant helps you decide.
Does the result take payroll into account?
Yes, the number of employees is taken into account. Payroll entrusted to a social secretariat is generally invoiced separately by it.
